Who is Chuck?
I’m a team player and a people person. I enjoy giving back to my local community. I am committed to free enterprise and its execution at Kobey’s Swap Meet. I’m Past President of the National Flea Market Association, and currently sit on its Board of Directors. I also am a member of the California Swap Meet Association and am on its Board as well. I am also a Past President of San Diego Rotary the 33rd oldest Rotary Club in the world and first in San Diego. Currently, I am Rotary District Governor for District 5340, which includes San Diego and Imperial Counties.
